GenTenX Mobile Notary ("we," "our") values your data privacy. This policy outlines how we handle the minimal communication data required to perform our local mobile notary services.

1. Information Collection: We only collect information voluntarily provided by you via phone calls, SMS texts, or direct communication, including your name, physical meeting location, phone number, and service request type. We do not use persistent marketing cookies or third-party behavioral scrapers.

2. Information Use: Your data is used exclusively to schedule assignments, execute localized travel coordinates, verify valid ID specifications under Texas law, and process end-user credit transactions on-site via Square POS.

3. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal data to outside marketing entities. Data is only shared with trusted legal transaction providers (like Square Billing) solely to finalize card authorings securely.

Terms of Service & Disclosures

By requesting mobile dispatch or loan closing services from GenTenX Mobile Notary, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms and operational frameworks:

1. LEGAL TEXAS DISCLAIMER: I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE STATE OF TEXAS, AND I MAY NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE OR ACCEPT FEES FOR LEGAL ADVICE. Notary Publics act strictly as neutral, ministerial witnesses to document signings.

2. DISPATCH & DRY-RUN TRAVEL FEES: Pursuant to Texas state regulations, mobile travel and booking fees are disclosed transparently upfront. A flat $50.00 Dry-Run Fee is strictly due and collected instantly upon arrival if a signing cannot legally proceed due to:

• Signer disorientation, medication, or lack of mental capacity.
• Missing, non-compliant, or expired photo identification.
• Absence of independent legal witnesses required by the document.

3. CAPACITY TO SIGN: The notary reserves the absolute right to refuse any signature act if the signer displays confusion, signs under obvious duress, or is unable to verify their awareness through our baseline capacity checklist.
